A division bench of Hon’ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar and Hon’ble Justice
Dr B.Sivasankar Rao of High Court of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states
delivered its order with regard to petitioner Mr Abdul Hakeem, Assistant
Professor/Assistant Librarian (SG) of Prof. Jayasankar Telangana State Agricultural
University, Hyderabad stating that the petitioner comes within the definition of
teacher and thereby entitled to continue in service till completion of 60 years of age.
